We have forgotten the value of investing in high quality ingredients, spending time in our kitchens, gathering around our tables, and the beauty of slowing down to eat. Fermentation, cultured dairy, and properly prepared stocks and broths are traditional skills that have been utilized for centuries around the world for robust health for young and old alike.

Learn at your own pace in this virtual workshop series whether you are simply looking to make healthier meals for your family or wanting a solid foundation for implementing the GAPS diet on your own. I encourage everyone to incorporate these valuable skills in the kitchen!
